These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hindustan Print website at hindustanprint.co.in and any printing services you order from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, sending us an enquiry, or placing an order over phone, WhatsApp or in person, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date given, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices depend on quantity, material, size, finishing and turnaround time. Any change to these details may change the price.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
• Bulk-order discounts apply at our discretion and may change without notice.

3. Orders & Proofs

For most jobs, we prepare a proof (digital or physical) for your approval before printing. Please check the proof carefully for spelling, colour, size, layout and quantity.

• Once you approve the proof, the job goes to print and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If you do not respond to the proof within a reasonable time, the job may be delayed — we are not responsible for such delays.
• Minor colour variations may occur between screen colours, proof and final printed output. This is normal in printing and is not treated as a defect.

4. Payment Terms

• For most orders, we require 50% advance before printing begins, with the balance due at delivery.
• For large or custom jobs, we may require up to 100% advance. We will tell you the exact terms before starting.
• We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer. A receipt will be provided for every payment.
• We reserve the right to hold delivery until full payment is received.

5. Delivery & Timelines

We take pride in our time punctuality, and we give realistic delivery dates for every job. However:

• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, machine issues, power cuts or factors beyond our control.
• Delivery is available across Ranchi and nearby districts for bulk orders. Smaller jobs are usually collected from our shop.
• Once your order leaves our premises or is handed to a courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

6. Design Files

• You are responsible for ensuring that any design, logo, image or text you send us does not violate any copyright, trademark or other rights.
• By sending us a design, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to have it printed.
• We may refuse to print content that is illegal, offensive, misleading or that we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights.
• Design files you share with us are used only to complete your job. We do not reuse or sell them.

7. Refunds & Reprints

We take quality seriously. If there is a clear printing defect caused by us:

• Report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order, along with photos of the defect.
• We will inspect and, if the fault is ours, offer a reprint or a fair refund of the affected portion.
• Refunds are not available for: approved proofs that contain errors, low-resolution files you provided, colour variations that fall within industry standards, or orders that have already been used or distributed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, layout, logo and design — belongs to Hindustan Print and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, missed deadlines caused by third parties, or business losses arising from a printing delay or defect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
